​​Ms. Friedman is specializing in international law, legal research, records, professional correspondence and interface with legal entities across the emerging world of commercial space ight. Ms. Friedman’s international background focused on civil and commercial law, negotiation, mediation and security challenges. She is a member of the EA executive team, leading development of the Excalibur Almaz Legal function including business planning, legal and compliance training, insurance and liability issues, global regulatory compliance models, contractual matters, plus support to investment offerings and new business acquisition.


Ms. Friedman provides executive legal support to all business development and human resources activities including the vetting of global partnering opportunities. She serves as the empowered official for Excalibur on matters of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), successfully championing the development of unique Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) related to new commercial LEO and trans-lunar human space ight. Ms. Friedman has professional relationships with the US Departments of State (DOS) and Commerce (DOC) plus other regulatory functions both domestic and international and with legal entities from suppliers, customers and from NASA.
 

Ms. Friedman has an international formal education holding a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from The University of Tel Aviv, Israel and a Masters of Law (LLM) from the University of Houston, Texas U.S.A. She earned her Bar in Israel. Ms. Friedman has continued her executive education through various professional sources including emphasis on international regulatory compliance.
